to explain, i auditioned for Vanguard Singers and Band. i did this for many reasons, although i must admit that i was not planning on auditioning. it was Aaron Letinsky and Brooke Rankin who convinced me to just try out. and im glad i did. i sang the worship song "Hungry; Falling on my Knees" Doc talked about how i was related to Rochelle Bazan. yada yada. lol. i told Jared he should try out. and he did. im glad he did. because he made it!! sadly though, i did not even make call backs. which really hurt. i was excited to be with all of my china friends, because we all thought we were shoe ins. apparently i am not. ha. it still hurts sometimes. but its ok God has other plans.

im glad for all those who made it! its going to be a good year, and while it hurts a little, the joy i see in my friends heart is good. and i love them all. grats!

God works in mysterious ways. who knows what kind of adventures He's got in store for you! I don't mean that to be cheesy, i mean it in all seriousness. you're in His hands, which is a good place to be.
